LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man was arrested and charged with the rape of a 15-year-old.
According to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department, Elyas Hoag, 19, from Lititz, has been charged with rape by forcible compulsion, aggravated indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault and corruption of minors.
On April 11, 2023, at 12:48 a.m., officers received a phone call regarding the rape, which had occurred in Warwick Township.
Hoag was charged on Dec. 12.
