LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) announced the arrest of a man after it was revealed that he had allegedly committed crimes against children.
Wesley Kilpatrick, 27 of Lititz, was arrested after the NLCRPD detective division received a report of alleged sexual abuse against an underage victim in July 2023.
Through the investigation, it was revealed that Kilpatrick had assaulted the victim numerous times during 2021 and 2022, according to police.
After consulting the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, Kilpatrick was charged with the following crimes:
- Aggravated Indecent Assault of Child
- Indecent Assault of a Person Less than 13 Years of Age
- Corruption of Minors
- Endangering The Welfare of Children
- Unlawful Contact with a Minor - Sexual Offences
Kilpatrick's first preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 9, 2024.
