LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man has been arrested in connection to a shooting that hospitalized one.
According to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police, Dervin Mateo-Berrios, 51, has been charged with criminal attempted homicide and two counts of aggravated assault.
The charges stem from a shooting on Thursday, June 27 along the 600 block of Ocean Ave in Lancaster City that sent one victim to the hospital.
Mateo-Berrios's bail was denied and he was committed to Lancaster County Prison. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 10.
