Police seek help identifying suspects in ATM skimming incident in Lower Paxton Township

The suspects are accused of placing a skimming device on an ATM outside Central PA Credit Union on Jonestown Road on Nov. 24, police said.

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police in Dauphin County are looking for help identifying two suspects who may be involved in an ATM skimming incident at a local credit union.

According to Lower Paxton Township Police, officers were dispatched to the PA Central Credit Union on the 5100 block of Jonestown Road for reported suspicious activity around 7 p.m. on Nov. 24.

The officers discovered that a skimming device had been placed on the ATM outside the building, according to police.

Surveillance footage revealed two people who may be involved in placing the device, police said. 

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to contact Lower Paxton Township Police Officer Suwanrut at rsuwanrut@lowerpaxton-pa.gov or submit a tip online.
