CAMP HILL, Pa. — One man was arrested after reportedly exposing himself in front of two female victims, the Lower Allen Township Police Department said in a press release.
According to police, security personnel at the Capital City Mall in Camp Hill received a report from two women that a man had exposed himself to them on May 7.
Both victims reported that the man exposed himself while facing them before entering the restroom just outside the food court.
Police stated that video surveillance showed the suspect left the mall in a white vehicle with business markings on the sides. The business owner identified the employee operating the vehicle as 26-year-old Alexander Strokes, whose driver's license matched the subject involved in the incident.
Stokes failed to attend his preliminary hearing after being charged with indecent exposure, and a warrant was obtained and served on June 17, according to police.
