CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A Palmyra man is waiting to hear what his sentence will be after being convicted of delivering drugs that resulted in a woman's death, the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office said.
Kyle Hill, 31, of Palmyra, was found responsible for the May 11, 2022, death of Lindsay Bowen after delivering fentanyl and other drugs to her. Bowen suffered an overdose after taking the drugs, and an autopsy confirmed that she died of acute fentanyl toxicity, prosecutors said.
Police say text messages found on Bowen's phone showed that she had made plans to purchase meth and fentanyl from Hill and his girlfriend and led them to search Hill's apartment. Ring doorbell footage allegedly shows Bowen at the apartment prior to her overdose, and Cash App records indicate that Bowen paid Hill sums of money that corresponded to the messages arranging the drug sale.
Hill was found guilty of drug delivery resulting in death, criminal conspiracy to drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver meth and other related charges.
He awaits sentencing.
