CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A man with outstanding arrest warrants was taken into custody this morning after crashing into a school bus.
Police say no one was injured in the crash. It happened at approximately 7:15 a.m. today when a pickup truck rear-ended a bus carrying West Shore School District children that had stopped for a red light at Bridge and Third Streets. The driver of the truck failed to maintain a safe following distance, police said.
Both vehicles were moved from the scene and the students were taken to their school, according to officials.
Officers did not identify the man or specify what his outstanding charges are.
