CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A man was sentenced to prison on Friday for charges including the rape of a minor, sexual assault, and indecent assault.
The Cumberland County District Attorney's office says Miguel Toscano is facing 10-20 years in state prison and three years of consecutive probation for the charges he pled guilty to.
In June 2020, when Toscano was 21, officials say he had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old victim. That relationship continued through June 2021.
According to the district attorney's office, in January 2022 Toscano saw the victim and threatened her, putting her in fear of her safety.
In October 2021, Toscano sexually assaulted a second underaged victim.
Toscano assaulted a third victim in November 2021; officials reported that Toscano allegedly told the victim he didn't care what she wanted.
Multiple law enforcement agencies worked together on this case.
