LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A woman charged in connection to the August 2021 drowning death of her 5-year-old son has pleaded no contest to multiple charges.
Autumn Lynn Vossler pleaded no contest on Aug. 27 to involuntary manslaughter and four counts of endangering the welfare of children.
Investigators with the Susquehanna Regional Police Department say Vossler failed to watch her children when her 5-year-old son drowned in the Susquehanna River in Conoy Township on Aug. 29, 2021.
According to online court documents, Vossler will spend at least six months in jail followed by six months on house arrest.
