ALLENTOWN, Pa. — An employee of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General is facing a child pornography charge.
Joshua Steven Gonzalez, 39, from Allentown, is facing one charge of child pornography.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a CyberTip concerning a Dropbox allegedly uploading child pornography. According to police, Gonzalez admitted to downloading the videos when police arrived at his front door.
Gonzalez was arrested but posted bail on Monday, Nov. 13.
"The conduct involved in these allegations is disturbing, and the Office of Attorney General will continue its cooperation with law enforcement," said Brett Hambrightm, a press secretary with the Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General. "Mr. Gonzalez is currently on administrative leave with pay."
