ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police have filed numerous charges against a man, including rape of a child, after a victim came forward.
Court documents state that Warren Schelhaus, 40, has been charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated incident assault of a child, sexual assault and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Schelhaus raped the victim when she was anywhere between 5 to 7 years old.
Schelhaus is currently wanted by troopers on the above charges. Anyone with information on his location has been asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 717-334-8111.
