LITITZ, Pa. — A Lancaster County man has been charged with the sexual assaults of three juvenile girls over a period of more than a decade.
Andrew Leisey, 53, of Lititz, is charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child less than 13 years of age, two felony counts of indecent assault, a misdemeanor count of indecent assault, and three felony counts of corruption of minors following an investigation by Northern Lancaster County Regional Police and Ephrata Borough Police.
Authorities began investigating in July, when one of Leisey's victims came forward and accused him of sexually abusing her multiple times between 2013 and 2015, when she was between the ages of 5 and 7 years old. The alleged sexual assaults occurred a Leisey's Lititz home, the victim reported.
While speaking with the victim's family, police said they learned of two other victims who claimed to have been sexually abused by Leisey when he lived at his former home in Ephrata.
The first victim said Leisey sexually assaulted her multiple times between 2001 and 2003, when she was between the ages of 7 and 9 years old. The second victim claimed Leisey performed similar acts of sexual abuse against her between 2005 and 2007, when she was between the ages of 8 and 10.
Leisey was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Torrey Landis on Tuesday, and bail was set at $50,000.
Leisey was unable to post bail and was transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he awaits a preliminary hearing.
