COLUMBIA, Pa. — Police in Lancaster County are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred just after midnight on Sunday.
Officers with the Columbia Borough Police Department responded to the area of Bank Avenue and Avenue I after hearing multiple gunshots.
At the scene, officers located a firearm, casings from the scene and one offender, Lavaar Rodgers, 29.
According to police, Rodgers was arrested and will be arraigned at Lancaster County Prison on charges from the incident.
