LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A man is facing multiple charges after police say he stole $3,000 in Skills Games winnings.

According to police, the victim won $3,000 while playing the Skills Games at the Sunoco Gas Station on the Harrisburg Pike in early January.

The victim put their winnings in a satchel, along with other items of value, and locked it in their vehicle.

Police say the victim returned to the Skills Games and continued playing.

Some time later when the victim intended to leave, they found their front passenger side window shattered and the satchel with his winnings was missing.

The victim told police he suspected a man he knew only as Miguel, was the thief.

Police say security footage from the gas station showed Miguel Shawn Harris, 48, at the victim's vehicle several times. He was then seen reaching into the vehicle before quickly walking away.

Harris was arrested on Jan. 8 and taken to Lancaster County Prison.

The total value of the satchel and contents was estimated at $3,875.50 plus almost $400 to repair the broken vehicle window.
