CAMP HILL, Pa. — A Cumberland County man has been charged with raping a 12-year-old victim while she was unconscious.
Anthony Cornett, 21, of Camp Hill, was charged by Lower Allen Township Police after an investigation of the victim's claims. The victim, now an adult, came forward in July to report the allegations to authorities, according to police.
Cornett allegedly admitted to some of the sexual contact when interviewed by police.
He is charged with felony counts rape of an unconscious victim and sexual assault.
Cornett was arraigned on Oct. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Christopher Delozier, who set bail at $50,000 unsecured.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 24, according to court records.
