LANCASTER, Pa. — Police have arrested a suspect in a shots-fired incident in Lancaster.
It occurred at 12:44 p.m. on the 400 block of East King Street, according to Lancaster Police.
Responding officers learned the suspect had fired into an occupied vehicle before fleeing the scene. The suspect, Raymond Speller, was apprehended a short time later, police said.
No one was injured, according to police who further stated that the incident was not believed to be a random event, and there was no threat to the public.
Speller is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, and recklessly endangering another person.
