Two Dauphin County men arrested after sexually assaulting 15-year-old, providing her crack cocaine

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Update, Sept. 26: The Harrisburg Bureau of Police has confirmed that Alonzo Lindsay was arrested on Monday.

Previously: Two Dauphin County men are facing multiple charges after they allegedly sexually assaulted a teenager. 

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the 15-year-old victim left her grandmother's house and was walking to meet a friend on July 2 around 10 p.m. when Franklin Fisher III, 47, approached her. 

Fisher allegedly agreed to give the victim a ride after she "hung out" at his place. The victim reportedly told Fisher that she was 15 before they arrived at his apartment.

At his home, Fisher allegedly instructed the victim to perform sex acts on an unidentified man in exchange for marijuana. 

The victim was allegedly provided marijuana, alcohol, crack cocaine and powder cocaine throughout the night. Fisher and another man, identified as Alonzo Lindsay, 33, from Harrisburg, allegedly sexually assaulted the victim at separate times throughout the night. 

According to the affidavit, Fisher was posting pictures to Snapchat during the assaults and encouraging the victim's friend to attend.

The victim was returned to her mother around early afternoon on July 3. Officers met with the victim that same day at Holy Spirit Hospital, but she appeared high "on some type of drug," according to the affidavit. She spoke with police the following day.

Fisher is facing nearly two dozen charges, including statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors and was committed to Dauphin County Prison after he was unable to post his $100,000 bail. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 10. 

Lindsay is also facing multiple charges, including rape- forcible compulsion and unlawful contact with a minor- sexual offenses. He is currently wanted by police. Anyone with information on his location has been asked to contact the Harrisburg Police at 717-558-6900.
