Shooting leaves 2 hospitalized in Lebanon, police looking for suspect

Police reported that the incident started as an argument before escalating to a fight with shots being fired.

LEBANON, Pa. — Update: Lebanon City Police identified Gavin Rodriguez, 19, as the person responsible for the shooting.

There is a warrant out for his arrest.

Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact police.

Previous: Police are investigating a Saturday night shooting that left two men injured.

Officers were called to the 900 block of Lehman Street for a report of shots fired around 7:47 p.m. on Saturday.

The 25 and 30-year-old male victims were shot in their lower bodies and both were taken to the hospital, according to police.

Police said the incident started as an argument before escalating to a fight, and finally ending with a report of shots fired.

According to their initial findings, police believe that the victims were targeted.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, and the conditions of the victims are unknown at this time.
