Four teens hospitalized after shooting in York

According to police, officers were called to the scene of the shooting on West Market Street just before 7 p.m. for a shooting.

YORK, Pa. — Update, 2:45 p.m. (June 25): Police say the suspect vehicle has been located.

Update, 1:30 p.m. (June 25): Police are looking for a vehicle of interest believed to be involved it in the shooting on Monday. 

The vehicle is a 2011 Hyundai Sonata light blue/silver in color with PA Registration MCW-0310.

 If seen please notify police immediately, occupants may be armed and dangerous. This vehicle was reported stolen from York City on June 14.

Police in York are investigating a shooting that injured four teens.

York City Police were called to the scene in the 600 block of West Market Street for reports of a shooting around 6:45 p.m. on June 24.

When they arrived, officers found no victims at the scene. However, investigators later learned four teens transported themselves the hospital in a private vehicle. As a result, officials say that three 18-year-olds and a 16-year-old are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Our crew at the scene said York City Police are focusing their investigation on a convenience shop and deli in the area.

Police have not said if a suspect is in custody.
