HARRISBURG, Pa. — Editor's note: The above video is from May 22.
A second suspect was arrested this morning in connection to a mass shooting in Harrisburg.
Bradley Lebrun, 22, of Harrisburg, had been a wanted man for at least three months following the May shooting before the Harrisburg Bureau of Police arrested him on Sept. 23. He is charged with possession of firearm prohibited and simple assault.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Lebrun was captured on camera brandishing an "AR-15-style" rifle during the mass shooting.
He was also allegedly captured fleeing the scene and throwing the rifle into a backyard adjacent to the crime scene. Lebrun is not allowed to possess firearms due to a prior felony drug disposition.
Co-defendant Kameron Hymes, 27, was arrested in June. He is charged with one count of homicide, four counts of recklessly endangering another person, one count of carrying a firearm without a license, and one count of possession of a firearm prohibited.
Two people, Dominic Jackson, 27, and Zauhnteen Jackson, 21, both of Harrisburg, were killed in the shooting. Three others were injured.
According to police, officers responded to the area of South 15th and Chestnut streets in the city at about 8:30 p.m. on May 21 for a shots-fired report.
As officers were on their way to the scene, they were flagged down by a man in the 1400 block of Market Street. He was suffering from gunshot wounds to his side. Officers administered first aid and called an ambulance, which took the man to the hospital.
When officers arrived at the original scene, they found a man who had been shot several times and was suffering from serious injuries. A woman then approached police. She had a gunshot wound to her leg. A third male victim was also located at the scene with gunshot wounds. All three victims were also taken to the hospital.
Authorities say the man who they found on Market Street as well as one of the male victims found near S. 15th and Chestnut Streets died at the hospital as a result of their injuries.
Hours later, authorities say a woman arrived at the hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say all five adult victims were shot in the same incident, which is considered a mass shooting.
According to authorities, the incident was targeted and there was no further danger to the general public.
