LANCASTER, Pa. — A 17-year-old turned himself into police on Saturday morning following a shooting on Friday afternoon in Lancaster City.
Shortly after 2 p.m. on April 26, a shooting victim arrived at a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Lancaster City Bureau of Police reports.
The incident unfolded along the 200 block of Juniata Street, police said.
Investigators say the incident was not random and that there was no immediate threat to the public.
