LANCASTER, Pa. — A Texas fugitive was arrested and changed in Lancaster County.
Jean Paul, 40, has been charged with fugitive from justice after allegedly sexually assaulting a child out of Temple, Texas, the Manheim Township Police Department reported.
An employee from a District Attorney’s Office in Texas received information that Paul, 40, had fled to an address in Lancaster and notified local authorities.
Paul was found and taken into custody at the Lancaster residence where the identifying warrant information matched his driver's license.
