The three suspects were wanted in connection with a car robbery that occurred on Dec. 31, 2023, in Columbia Borough.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Destiny Delgado-Diaz arranged to meet the victim for a hangout. She then asked the victim if her brother, Alexander and boyfriend, Sammie could come along, which he agreed to.

The defendants then ordered the victim to walk away with his hands up and drove away, according to the affidavit.
Alexander Delgado-Diaz, Destiny Delgado-Diaz and Sammy Lane have all been charged with robbery of a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, robbery- inflicting/threatening bodily injury, strangulation and simple assault.
The three suspects were all arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison instead of $150,000 bail.
