DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — The Pennsylvania State Police at Lykens, Criminal Investigation and Patrol Units have released a list of their Top 5 Most Wanted suspects.
Stephen Joseph Mihalick, 39, is wanted for flight to avoid apprehension, terroristic threats and other offenses. He is believed to be in the Williamstown area.
Harlan Dionte Segar, 23, is wanted for aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. He is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.
Nathan Allen Keys, 40, is wanted for theft, fleeing and eluding police, resisting arrest, drug delivery and numerous other offenses. His whereabouts are unknown but believed to be in the Harrisburg area.
John Milton Weaver, 45, is wanted for endangering welfare of children and drug possession. His last known whereabouts are unknown but believed to be in the Elizabethville area.
David Samuel, 66, is wanted for a firearms act violation and has additional arrest warrants from other agencies. He is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.
