YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A York County man is facing multiple charges including sexual assault of a minor and incest.
Zachary Kulesza, 33, from Dallastown, allegedly sexually assaulted a minor who was related to him on Jan. 8.
According to online court documents, Kulesza has been charged with statutory sexual assault- 11 years and older, incest of minor- compliant 13-18 years old, corruption of minors- defendant age 18 and above and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.
