HARRISBURG, Pa. — A former York County resident was sentenced to 45 years in jail for child exploitation offenses involving an infant.

According to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Wyatt Andrew Jones, 28, was sentenced Tuesday to 45 years in jail, followed by 15 years of supervised release based upon his previously entered guilty plea for production of images containing the sexual exploitation of a child and distribution of child pornography.

Jones was ordered to pay $36,000 in restitution to the victim of his offenses.

He is currently incarcerated at the York County Prison on related charges.

According to United States Attorney General Gerard M. Karam, Jones produced and distributed images of him sexually abusing an infant. He also solicited and received sexually explicit images from a 13-year-old victim located in Australia.

Jones began sexually abusing the infant in January 2021 when they were just a few days old and continued the abuse until April 2021 when he was arrested on related local charges.

Jones produced numerous videos of the abuse and distributed them using the internet.

His alleged accomplice, Marisel Toro, pled guilty to producing images containing the sexual exploitation of the infant and is scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 18, 2024.
