JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa.– Groundhog Day 2020 is upon us.
This morning, Punxsutawney Phil emerged, didn’t see his shadow and let us know we will have an early spring!
This is the first time ever that Phil has predicted an early spring in back-to-back years, following suit from 2019.
Phil has only predicted an early spring 20 times in the 134 year history of the tradition.
