ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. — The Adams County Drug Task Force is investigating two employees of a Gettysburg restaurant who were suspected of selling drugs.

At the beginning of 2024, the task force received information that employees of the restaurant were involved in the sales of controlled substances.

On April 17, officers observed an adult female suspect, identified as Cristina Fazzolari, allegedly selling a substance in the alley behind the restaurant. Police also noted that an adult male suspect, identified as John Anderson, was watching the incident.

According to the police, the substance was submitted to the Pennsylvania State Police laboratory and was found to be cocaine.

On May 21, Anderson drove to Hamiltonban Township in Adams County and sold two bags of cocaine, police said. Officers reportedly observed the incident.

Then on June 5, a purchase of cocaine was arranged with Anderson where Fazzolari drove Anderson to a nearby 7-Eleven. Police allegedly observed Anderson selling cocaine.

A search warrant was issued for their place of residence, and after entering the residence police allegedly found 32 plastic bags of marijuana,16 green tablets and a folded dollar bill containing green powder, which all contained fentanyl. These findings were possessed with the intent to deliver or sell, according to police.

A digital scale was also found with loose materials, found to be cocaine and marijuana.

During an interview with Anderson, officers stated that Anderson allegedly admitted to selling cocaine. He also alleged that Fazzolari sold cocaine to help him out.

Anderson and Fazzolari are both facing a list of charges.
