CARROLL VALLEY, Pa. — A Maryland man died of injuries sustained in an Adams County motorcycle crash Wednesday night, authorities announced Thursday.
Andrew Adelsberger, 48, of Boonsboro, Maryland, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred on Fairfield Road at Valley View Trail in the Carroll Valley borough, according to Adams County Coroner Francis Dutrow.
According to the coroner, Adelsberger was riding his motorcycle westbound when he lost control and crashed.
Adelsberger died of multiple blunt-force trauma. His death was ruled accidental. No autopsy will be performed, according to Dutrow.
