CHURCHVILLE, Md. — Police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing boy in Harford County.
Khalil Rodney Ringgold, 7, was last seen outside Churchville Elementary School Monday morning, where he was spotted getting into a gray four-door Nissan Altima with Ohio plates with an unknown man.
The car’s license plates, from Ohio, read JFK3146.
Khalil is described as having black hair and brown eyes, being 3-foot-5-inches tall and weighing 32 pounds. Police have not said whether he is a student at the elementary school or what was happening when he was seen leaving in the car.
