CAMP HILL, Pa. — Police in Cumberland County have identified one of four suspects accused of stealing nearly $6,500 worth of items from a Victoria's Secret store at the Capital City Mall earlier this year.
Lionel Johnson, 32, has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and possessing an instrument of crime in connection to the alleged retail theft, which occurred on March 1, according to Lower Allen Township Police.
Johnson was identified through video surveillance and prior retail thefts he's accused of committing at the same store, police said.
In the March 1 incident, Johnson and three other suspects are seen on surveillance footage entering the store after arriving at the mall in a SUV. They left the store minutes later carrying overstuffed bags full of lingerie and other items totaling $6,499, according to police.
The other suspects are described as:

- a man with braids, wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket with a dark-colored shirt underneath, black Nike jogging pants with white stripes on the legs
- a man with a beard and long, dark hair in a ponytail wearing a dark-colored jacket and dark pants
An arrest warrant has been issued for Johnson, according to police.
