'Deceased and mutilated' cats found in Fulton County, Pennsylvania State Police investigating

PSP was notified of an animal cruelty incident that reportedly happened in August in Fulton County, an investigation is in progress.

FULTON COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) were notified of an animal cruelty incident on Sept. 19 in Fulton County.

At around 3 p.m., the McConnellsburg Patrol Unit was made aware of dead and mutilated cats discovered at JLG Industries, according to police.

Throughout the investigation, police learned that the two deceased cats were allegedly located on the premises by an employee during the morning shift sometime in August.
