The national day is celebrated on August 8, but we are celebrating National Chicken & Waffles Day in the FOX43 Kitchen early.
Today, Sara Griffin from Metro Diner stopped by the kitchen to show off their selections, including a cinnamon roll pancake, avocado toast, and shrimp & grits.
