LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster County man has been sentenced to up to 67 years in prison after being convicted 17 counts of child sexual abuse charges in April 2024.
Robert Austin, 33, was convicted in April after he repeatedly raped and sexually abused two juveniles in multiple locations throughout Lancaster city, police said. The jury returned a guilty verdict on all charges.
The charges come after repeated abuse that occurred between 2013-2020 of two juvenile victims.
On Sept. 4, Austin faced his hearing in Lancaster County Court where the defendant was determined to be a sexually violent predator and has to register under Megan's Law for the rest of his life, according to police.
