North Lebanon Police filed charges against 8 men after they received complaints of sexual activity in Union Canal Park.
A surveillance operation at the park, located on N. 25th street in North Lebanon, was conducted during the summer of 2012 after police received multiple citizens complaints police said.
The incidents occurred from August 15 to October 5 of last year.
Harry Baish, 53, of Mt. Joy; Takeshi Asami, 55, of Lebanon; Ronald Herrold, 69, of Hershey; Eric Goodman, 45, of Lebanon; and Michael Greenawalt, 55, of Palmyra, were all charged with both Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness.
Kenneth Lowry, 73, of Lebanon; Russell Donmoyer, 62, of Lebanon; and Donal Booser, 70, of Hershey were charged with Open Lewdness.
Police are still investigating and other arrests are pending.
