HARRISBURG, Pa. – Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s has settled a paid equity lawsuit filed by her twin sister, Ellen Granahan. Terms of the settlement include a 19 percent pay raise retroactive to 2015 and $80,000 for back pay, attorney fees and emotional distress.
Granahan will now be paid $105,018 dollars as chief deputy Attorney General in charge of the child predator unit. She also gets a boost in taxpayer funded pension.
According to an article in the Morning Call, the settlement was actually on December 30, 2015, but wasn’t announced.
