Get ready for a spook-tacular Halloween! Here is a complete list of Halloween parades taking place in our area:
ADAMS COUNTY:
Gettysburg– Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 7:30 p.m. The parade begins on Lefever Street, then north onto Baltimore Street, into Lincoln Square, east on York Street, south on Liberty, and disband back at Lefever Street.
CUMBERLAND COUNTY:
Camp Hill Halloween Parade–Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m. Parade route starts on Market Street in front of the Trinity Lutheran Church. Continues west on Market to North 24th Street and then onto Walnut Street. The parade ends at the Camp Hill Borough Building.
Carlisle Halloween Parade- Monday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m.
CANCELLED! East Pennsboro Township- Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. Parade starts at the East Pennsboro High School parking lot and ends at the East Pennsboro Township building.
Mount Holly Springs Halloween Parade-Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. The parade will begin along Mooreland Avenue, follow West Pine Street, North Baltimore Avenue, Butler Street and end at Mooreland Avenue.
New Cumberland Halloween Parade-Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m. The parade will proceed south along Bridge Street, turn right on Third Street and then right to the rear of the PNC Bank parking lot.
Shippensburg Halloween Parade-Saturday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m.
DAUPHIN COUNTY:
68th Annual Hershey Halloween Parade-Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. The parade will begin near Cocoa and Caracas Avenues.
East Hanover Halloween Parade-Thursday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. The parade will begin at the Grantville Carnival Grounds.
Elizabethville Halloween Parade– Monday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. Registration will be at the Upper Dauphin Area High School from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The rain date will be Tuesday, October 27, 2015.
Hummelstown Halloween Parade-Monday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. The parade begins at the intersection of Water and High Streets, proceeds west on High Street, turns right onto Walnut Street, then right onto Main Street heading east.
Middletown 62nd Annual Halloween Parade– Monday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. following a route from Race and Conewago streets north on Race to Water Street, west on Water Street to Pine Street, South on Pine to Emaus Street, west on Emaus to Union Street, and south on Union. The judges’ stand will be located between Roberto’s Pizza and Raudenbush Engineering on the west side of Union Street. The parade will disburse just after passing Karn’s Market in the vicinity of Mill and South Union streets.
Millersburg Halloween Parade- Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m.
78th Annual Paxtang Lions Club Halloween Parade– Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. The parade will form at 30th & Derry Street at 6:30 PM (or before) and will begin moving at 7:00 PM. The Parade Route will move East on Derry Street to Wilhelm Road, North on Wilhelm to Montour, West on Montour to Paxtang Ave, South on Paxtang Ave to Derry and ending at the Municipal Building where the parade will conclude with the awarding of prizes as the results become available. People living along the parade route are requested to turn on any exterior lighting.
LANCASTER COUNTY:
Lititz Halloween Parade–Saturday, Oct. 31 at 10 a.m. The parade will begin and end on Main Street. Parade judges will be located at Sturgis Lane and Main Street.
Strasburg Borough Halloween Parade–Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. The parade forms at the Strasburg Jaycee Park (218B Miller Street)and heads east on Miller Street, West Main Street, East Main Street and ends at Shenk Avenue.
West Earl Lions’ Halloween Parade–Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 7 p.m. The parade forms in the area of Marlou Avenue and Locust Street.
PERRY COUNTY:
Duncannon Halloween Parade-Saturday, Oct. 24 at 6:30 p.m. Parade forms at the Old Sled Works and proceeds south on Market Street to the square in Duncannon.
Loysville Halloween Parade-Sunday, Oct. 18 at 3 p.m.
Marysville Borough Halloween Parade–Monday, Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
The parade will begin at the Masonic Lodge located at 105 Sylvan Street and travel South on Maple Avenue, go across Valley Street to Verbeke Street, make aright on Front Street, make a left on Lincoln Street continue south, make a right onto Cassell Street, make a right onto Church Street and end at the Bethany United Methodist Church. Refreshments will be served at the end of the parade for the participants.
New Bloomfield Halloween Parade-Saturday, Oct. 31 at 10:30 a.m. The parade will form at the elementary school.
Newville Halloween Parade-Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 at 7 p.m. The parade will form on Broad Street.
YORK COUNTY:
Hanover Borough–Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7:30 p.m.
Beginning at the corner of Wirt Avenue and Baltimore Street, traveling north on Baltimore Street continuing through Center Square to Carlisle Street to Library Place and Third Street where dis banding will occur.
Manchester Borough/Mount Wolf Halloween Parade-Sunday, October 18th at 2 p.m. in Manchester, ending at the Mt. Wolf Park on Maple Street.
Red Lion Halloween Parade-Monday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. at the Red Lion Area Senior High School.
66th Annual York Halloween Parade-Sunday, October 25 at 2 p.m. Route: Market Street from Richland Avenue to Broad Street
