A Camp Hill man has been charged in connection with the death of a man who overdosed on heroin in October of 2012. Nicholas Andrew Provenza was charged Wednesday with drug delivery resulting in death and delivery of a controlled substance. Provenza is accused of delivering heroin to a 21-year-old male during the early morning hours on Oct. 5 .
The victim later went into cardiac arrest and was found dead along the 400 block of Chestnut Way in Fairview Township, according to police.
Authorities say the victim had recently ingested heroin and marijuana.
Provenza was arraigned and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 10.
