BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. — The Central Pennsylvania Humane Society posted a Facebook video with a message Friday afternoon.
The humane society, based in Altoona, says that 37 dogs are available, 21 of which are in kennels. Not a single one of them have an application, the humane society states.
