HARRISBURG, PA.(WPMT) A Dauphin County District Justice is ordered suspended with pay over misconduct allegations. The order came late this after from the Court of Judicial Discipline against Judge Robert Jennings, III, of Harrisburg. Jennings, a 10 year veteran on the bench, salary is 86,899. He has seven days to appeal the order.
Last week, the Judicial Conduct Board accused Jennings of demanding a 10% kickback from constables serving papers for his court, mishandling citations filed against him and staff members and using inappropriate language with female staffers.
