DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.– An overturned tractor trailer has closed Interstate 83 Northbound between exits at 13th St. and 19th St.
Officials say that the tractor trailer will be there all morning, which is expected to cause major traffic delays.
Detours include taking the 19th St. ramp to get back onto I-83, taking PA-581 WB to I-81 NB. If you’re coming from York headed that way, you can take I-81 NB to the Harrisburg Pike Interchange to get onto I-83 NB.
