Giant Food Stores released a recall on several Frontier and Simply Organic seasonings and mixes because they may be tainted with salmonella.

Salmonella bacteria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people. Symptoms include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
So far, no illnesses have been associated with the recall of the products.
Customers who have purchased these products should discard any unused portions and bring their purchase receipt to GIANT/MARTIN’S for a full refund.
