YORK, Pa – A 29 year old Glen Rock man pleads guilty in York County Court Wednesday afternoon to Dissemination of Photo/Film of Child Sex acts.
Charles Emory Wheat, IV was charged in August after a search of his home uncovered multiple images of prepubescent children performing sex acts on of the devices, a thumb drive. According to court documents, Wheat admitted to downloading the images.
