HARRISBURG, PA (WPMT)- A fugitive Megan’s Law offender is arrested by U.S. Marshals in Harrisburg. Troy McFall, 43, of Harrisburg was convicted in July 2008, of Aggravated Indecent Assault in Dauphin County Court. He was released to a Harrisburg half way house in September.
On October 21, the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole charged McFall as an absconder after he failed to return to that half way house. On October 30, Capitol Police charged McFall for failing to update his sex offender registration information under Megan’s Law.
At around 1:15 pm today, U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force officers arrested McFall in the 1900 block of State Street without incident. He was turned over to state parole board agents.
