BELLEFONTE, PA — A jury has been empaneled in a lawsuit against Penn State University.
Nine woman, three men, and three alternates have been selected to the the jury, that could hear arguments from whistleblower Mike McQueary.
Two of them are current Penn State University employees, one an administrative assistant, and another a renovation employee.
The majority have some connection to the university, whether it be current or past.
McQueary is suing the school for firing him in 2012.
Opening statements are scheduled for Monday, October 17th.
