LANCASTER, PA.(WPMT)- A suspect wanted in a November 5 street shooting in Lancaster City is arrested in New York. Nelson Robles, 23, was apprehended at around 8:50 pm Wednesday by U.S. Marshals in the Bronx.
Robles was wanted in connection with a shooting in the area of the 200 block of Howard Avenue. The victim, a 19 year old city resident was treated for a gunshot wound to one of his ankles.
Police say Robles had an address listed in the 600 block of East End Avenue, but he also had a previous address in the Bronx, New York.
Investigators had an arrest warrant for Robles charging him with two counts of Aggravated Assault and Persons Not Possess Firearms.
