LEBANON, Pa –A Lebanon woman is in prison after police say they busted her attempting to sell heroin to a person in rehab. The Lebanon County Drug Task Force got a tip from concerned family members in April that Donna Jean Wolfe, 55 of 325 Guilford Street, Lebanon, was texting the phone of a person in a rehab facility, trying to sell heroin.
With the assistance of concerned family members, officers arranged to take delivery of three bundles of heroin from Wolfe in the 1100 Block of Federal Street in Lebanon and took her into custody when she attempted to complete the transaction.
On October 8, 2015, Wolfe was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver at the Lebanon County Central Booking Center.
Wolfe was ordered held in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 bail. A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for October 29, 2015.
