A man arrested for DUI in New Freedom Borough on March 22nd was arrested Tuesday morning for another DUI. Patrick Noll, 25, was first arrested around 2:30am on Saturday March 22nd, as he was following behind another DUI driver in New Freedom Borough. The driver Noll was following, Sarah Francis, 24, also struck and damaged four parked cars and fled the scene. Francis was charged with suspected DUI. Noll was arrested and charged with DUI, public drunkenness, and hindering apprehension. Police say Noll was following Francis and that he urinated in public and attempted to remove the Francis’ vehicle that was stuck on a curb.
A mere ten days later, Noll was again arrested for DUI by Southern Regional Police. Noll was arraigned at central booking and released on $2500 unsecured bail.
