CUMBERLAND, Pa. – Upper Allen Township Police have an arrest warrant for Basil Lamar Duncan, 34, no known address, on multiple sexual assault charges involving a child.
The alleged assaults took place in 2009 and 2010 beginning when the victim was 7 years old. Charges against Duncan include two felonies, Indecent Assault of Person less than 13 and Corruption of Minors.
The whereabouts of Duncan are unknown. Township Police have placed Duncan on its Most Wanted list. He is described as a bald, 6 foot 2 inch black male, with brown eyes and weighing 220 pounds. He is also to be considered as dangerous. Duncan is also listed as a sex offender in Delaware.
