LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Northern Lancaster County Regional Police have an arrest warrant for 27 year old Corry Maurice Brooks in a domestic violence incident over the weekend.
Police responded at 7:42 p.m. Sunday to a home in the 600 block of Mallard Drive, Penn Township. When police arrived on the scene they met a 31 year old female, who was emotionally upset and had signs of recent physical injuries consistent with being involved in a physical altercation.
There was also a car parked on the property with a shattered rear window. The victim refused medical treatment and her injuries did not appear to be life threatening.
Over the course of their investigation police identified Brooks, of Manheim and Gosling Road in York County as the suspect who caused the injuries to the victim. Brooks was not at the victim’s home when police arrived.
The arrest warrant filed today, charges Brooks with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Criminal Mischief.
